Harborne Grade II Listed Property

Grade II listed White two-story townhouse with blue and grey doors, wrought iron fence, and small garden with shrubs and flowers. stucco stone feature, up to underside of first floor windows.

This Grade 2 listed property required extensive work. Having previously been let as a student house, multiple alterations had been made to the internal structure to accommodate such use which was problematic now the property was to be used by a single set of residents.

Modern kitchen with white cabinets, colorful backsplash, light wood dining table, and sliding glass doors leading to a garden with plants and patio furniture, fits well into this Gade II listed building extension.

We re-worked the layout whilst upgrading the building fabric to create a warm usable flow to the building. Working alongside Birmingham City Council Conservation department we also re-instated period features and designed an extensive extension to the property.
