Kitchen Remodel - QUINTON

Grayswood Park Road

1930’s - 3 bed semi internal remodel

Internal remodel and environmental upgrade with proposed rear extension

The kitchen has been relocated to the front of this three bedroom semi-detached property, along with an under stair WC.

A rear single storey extension is proposed - taking advantage of the new permitted development rules.  See more on the garden design here, which is being formulated with Aralia’s award winning designer Patricia Fox.

The existing chimney breast was recessed to take the wide oven and 5 burner hob, the oak feet, and simple cupboards allow for a a minimal friendly design.

The cork floor is a feature of the kitchen which gives a warm glow.

The central bay window takes the breakfast table whilst receiving the best of the evening sunlight.

This Silver Plated Teapot was a gift from a friend - it is from the last Hastings Pier tea shop, before it was destroyed, whilst the De la Warr cups all add to highlight the southern routes of the practice.
